Refund Policy

This is a general template, provided for a simulated platform, and is not a substitute for legal review before any commercial launch.

Challenge fees are generally non-refundable

The one-time challenge fee covers access to the simulated evaluation itself, which activates immediately once payment is verified. Because access is granted instantaneously and the evaluation environment is available in full from that point, challenge fees are not refundable once an account has activated.

Failed or unsuccessful evaluations

A challenge that fails a rule (daily loss limit, total loss limit) or simply doesn't reach the profit target does not qualify for a refund — the fee pays for the opportunity to attempt the evaluation, not for a guaranteed outcome.

Billing errors

If you were charged more than once for the same challenge, or believe there's a genuine billing error, contact support@omlah.io with the payment date and amount — those cases are reviewed individually.

Unactivated payments

If a payment was made but the account never activated (for example, a failed webhook or a payment provider error), contact support — this is a technical issue to resolve, not a refund request, and the affected account should be activated or the charge reversed once the cause is confirmed.
